God Heals the Brokenhearted

“The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me, Because He has anointed Me To preach the gospel to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, To proclaim liberty to the captives And recovery of sight to the blind, To at liberty those who are oppressed” – Luke 4:18 NKJV

Reflection:
A broken heart can fence off future love, but Christ heals what fear defends. His love disarms our walls and restores trust where pain once ruled. God invites honest surrender so His Spirit can reach the places we cannot. He unlocks old chains and brings wholeness through His unfailing love.

Application:
➤ Name where your heart still hurts.
➤ Invite Jesus to heal what you can’t reach.
➤ Risk small steps of trust with safe people.

Thank You, Lord, for healing my broken heart. Tear down my defenses and restore freedom by Your Spirit.  I surrender all. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
