From Fasting to Feasting
“You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; You anoint my head with oil; My cup runs over.” – Psalm 23:5 NKJV
Reflection
God prepares a feast of abundance even in the presence of our enemies. When we feast on His love, peace, and truth, we naturally fast from lies, fear, and rejection. Fasting strengthens our spirit, while feasting satisfies it. Both work together—what we deny the flesh, we replace with the fullness of Christ. In Him, we lack nothing, and our cup runs over with His goodness.
Application
Connection
Thank You, Lord, for preparing a table of blessings before me. Help me feast on Your goodness and fast from what is not of You. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
