Reflection
We do not gain strength in the Lord through striving but through waiting on Him. God renews us, not only in our doing but in our being still. When we take the time to rest in His presence, He lifts our weary hearts, and faith soars again. Waiting on the Lord is not time wasted; it is a holy exchange of our weakness for His strength, our restlessness for His peace.

Set aside time each day to wait on the Lord and listen for His voice
Trust His perfect timing, especially when progress feels slow
