Leaving the Comfort Zone

As an eagle stirs up its nest, Hovers over its young, Spreading out its wings, taking them up, Carrying them on its wings, So the LORD alone led him, And there was no foreign god with him. – Deuteronomy 32:11–12

Reflection
God often stirs our comfort to strengthen our faith. Like the eagle nudging its young to fly, He teaches us to rise above what feels safe and familiar. The stretch of faith feels uncertain, yet it’s where wings grow strong. When we trust His leading, the discomfort becomes a divine push toward greater purpose. What feels risky to us is often the very place He intends to reveal His faithfulness.

Application
Step out when God prompts you
Trust that He will catch and carry you
Keep your eyes fixed on the eternal, not the temporary

Connection
Thank You, Lord, for leading me into higher places in You. Help me release the comfort of the familiar and trust Your Spirit to carry me through every unknown. In Jesus' name. Amen!
