Breaking Chains

But at midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God, and the prisoners were listening to them. – Acts 16:25

Reflection

Some chains break not by force but through faith expressed in praise. Paul and Silas sang before freedom came, and their worship shook the foundations of their prison. Praise doesn’t ignore pain; it magnifies the God who breaks every bondage. When we praise amid struggle, we shift the focus from what binds us to the One who frees us. Our praise can open doors no key ever could.
