Great and Awesome
Do not be afraid of them. Remember the Lord, great and awesome. – Nehemiah 4:14

Discouragement can come at us from all sides. Just like Nehemiah, we find ourselves surrounded by “rubbish,” troubles, distractions, and minor annoyances that stack up. In those moments, our breakthrough starts with shifting our focus from the problem to God’s promises. Magnifying the Lord minimizes our burdens and strengthens us.

Take negative thoughts captive by meditating on God’s Word
