Healing in the Father's Hands

"Abba, Father, all things are possible for You. Take this cup away from Me; nevertheless, not what I will, but what You will." – Mark 14:36 NKJV

Reflection
Jesus showed us that it’s okay to bring our deepest fears and uncertainties to God. His cry to His Father demonstrates that we can find strength and comfort when we surrender to God's will, even when we don’t understand our struggles. We too might be carrying “cups” that feel overwhelming. Leaving the why in His hands helps us receive healing and restoration in the process.

Application
Reflect on the “cup” you are carrying. As Jesus carried you on the cross and now in Heaven, rest in His hands, yielding to His healing. Let go of expectations from others that only God can fulfill and embrace the freedom and love He offers.

Connection
Lord, thank You, for being the loving and restorative presence in my life. Help me rely on You for healing and trust that all things are possible with You. I surrender my challenges into Your hands, believing in Your plan and timing. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
