The Spirit of Truth
"By this we know the Spirit of Truth and the spirit of error." - 1 John 4:6 NKJV
Falsehood and deception surround us, but the Spirit of Truth gives us discernment. Through the Holy Spirit, we can distinguish what is of God from what is not. Knowing the Lord intimately helps us recognize His voice amidst the noise of the world. We are to test every spirit, guarding against the antichrist spirit.
Equip yourself with God’s Word. Regularly study Scripture to deepen your understanding of truth. Before making decisions, ask: "Does this align with the Spirit of Truth? Does it reflect what I know about Jesus and His ways?" Let discernment guide your walk.
Thank You, Lord, for the wisdom to recognize Your Spirit of Truth. Help me discern with clarity, remain unmoved by deception, and stand firm in my faith. In Jesus' name, Amen.
