Crucified with Christ

“I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me.” – Galatians 2:20 NKJV

Scripture Reflection:
The essence of our new identity in Christ is to be “crucified with Christ.” It means surrendering our old selves and embracing His life within us. Instead of relying on our own strength, we can trust in the powerful presence of Christ through the Holy Spirit. This is the heart of living by faith—shifting our reliance from our circumstances to the Spirit who empowers us, from glory to glory!

Application:
As you face daily challenges, remember that you are not alone. Let faith rise as you engage with God’s Word, using the sword of the Spirit to combat doubt and despair. With the shield of faith, stand firm against opposition, knowing Christ is your advocate and strength.

Connection:
Thank You, Lord. Help me rely on Your Spirit and not on my circumstances. Strengthen my faith as I seek to walk in Your ways, standing firm in the battles I face. May I always remember that it is not I who live, but You who lives through me. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
