Guard Against Deception
“O My Father, if this cup cannot pass away from Me unless I drink it, Your will be done.” – Matthew 26:42 NKJV

Deception often hides in desires that become obsessions. When we want something more than we want God, we shift our focus from His will to our own. Even good things can become idols when they override trust in God’s timing and transformation.
Application:
Guard your heart by surrendering your desires daily. Remain humble, willing to be corrected, and open to God's leading. Seek His will above your own—even when it’s unclear—and trust that faith in Him is the gateway to His best.
