Immovable?

But none of these things move me; nor do I count my life dear to myself, so that I may finish my race with joy… – Acts 20:24 NKJV

Reflection:
Remaining immovable in the Spirit can feel impossible when life’s trials come hard. We’re tempted to react in the flesh—through anger, fear, or frustration—losing our peace in the process. Yet, the Holy Spirit remains our anchor. As we grow in Him, the time it takes to return to that place of peace grows shorter.

Application:
Abide more deeply in His presence. The more we dwell in worship, prayer, and the Word, the more immovable we become—because He is immovable. When challenges shake us, we rush back to the One who holds us. He makes us strong in weakness and firm in faith.

? Connection:
Thank You, Lord. You are my anchor. Help me remain unshaken by life’s storms and stand firm in Your peace. Strengthen me to finish my race with joy. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
