Putting On Love in a Broken World

“But above all these things put on love, which is the bond of perfection.” – Colossians 3:14 NKJV

Reflection:
As Christ’s ambassadors, we are called to reflect His love in how we speak, respond, and relate to others. Using the image of a fork, knife, and spoon, we see some behaviors divide or wound, while others build up and restore. God calls us to be like a spoon—gentle, steady, and loving. It’s in walking in truth and love that we truly reflect who He is, from glory to glory!

Application:
Reflect on how you relate to others—do your words build up or break down? Ask the Holy Spirit to shape your responses in love and grace. Let your posture be one of kindness and consistency, showing that you are led by the Spirit and clothed in love.

? Connection:
Thank You, Lord, for teaching me how to love like You. Help me put on love in every interaction and be a vessel of grace, kindness, and truth. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
