Leaving the Comfort Zone: Trusting God to Catch You

Set your mind on things above, not on things on the earth. – Colossians 3:2 NKJV
Reflection:
God often calls us out of our comfort zones to experience new levels of trust and victory. Like eagles nudged from their nests, we discover that the risk of the jump leads to the reward of flight. Faith grows when we focus on things above rather than clinging to what is familiar.

Application:
When God prompts you to step out, trust that He will catch you. Leave the “plane” of comfort behind, and soar in the power of the Holy Spirit. His love, peace, and joy are the parachutes that never fail.

Connection:
Thank You, Lord. Help me set and keep my mind on You and all You have done for me. Anoint my eyes to see the unseen, walking in the spirit, from glory to glory. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
