A Still Small Voice

“…after the fire a still small voice.” – 1 Kings 19:12 NKJV

Reflection:
God often speaks not through thunder or fire, but through a whisper. In the stillness, away from distraction, we hear His direction. Like the couple who found clarity when they withdrew from outside voices, we too must draw near to hear. His still small voice leads with peace and invites a deeper relationship. In the quiet, He affirms His will.

Application:
Withdraw from the noise. Make space to hear God. His whisper is worth more than a thousand opinions. Trust His continual presence and commune with Him.

Connection (Prayer):
Thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness. Help me quiet every other voice so I can hear Yours clearly. I long for Your whisper and trust in Your gentle guidance.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.
