From Worry to Worship
“Which of you by worrying can add one cubit to his stature?” - Matthew 6:27 (NKJV)
Reflection
Worry can consume our thoughts like a hamster on a wheel—constantly spinning without moving forward. But Jesus reminds us that worry adds nothing to our lives. If left unchecked, worry can turn into fear and steal our peace. Instead, Jesus calls us to remember our value in God’s eyes. As we reflect on His questions to the disciples, our hearts shift from anxiety to adoration.
Application
➡️ Reflect on how much God values you.
➡️ Turn your worries into worship through prayer.
➡️ Focus on His faithfulness instead of your fears.
Connection
Thank You, Lord, for caring deeply about my every need.
Help me release my worries and replace them with worship.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.
