Finding Hope in Dry Seasons
Those who sow in tears Shall reap in joy. - Psalm 126:5 NKJV
Reflection
Dry seasons often come without warning. What once felt alive—our worship, prayer, or study—can feel lifeless. We may wonder what we’ve done wrong. Guilt and shame try to settle in. Yet God doesn’t leave us in our dryness. His Spirit waters us even when we don’t feel it. The greatest truth during silence is that He is still near. When we cry out in surrender, breakthrough stirs beneath the surface.
Application
➡️ Keep showing up in prayer and the Word, even when you don’t feel it.
➡️ Trust that God is working behind the scenes, watering your soul.
➡️ Let your tears turn to prayers—He is near, even in the dry place.
Connection
Thank You, Lord, for never leaving me, always helping me, even when I think you have left me. Help me stay still and trust Your mighty hand upon me. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
