Follow Jesus, Not Comparison

Jesus said to him, "If I will that he remain till I come, what is that to you? You follow Me." – John 21:22.

Peter’s question about John’s future received a pointed response from Jesus: “What is that to you? You follow Me.” It’s a powerful reminder to stay focused on our own path. Comparing ourselves to others distorts our vision and can lead to envy or pride. We don’t know the full story of someone else’s walk, but we do know the One who leads ours. Jesus calls each of us personally. Our assignment is to follow Him wholeheartedly, not monitor someone else’s lane.
