Amen to His Promises
“For all the promises of God in Him are Yes, and in Him Amen, to the glory of God through us.” - 2 Corinthians 1:20 NKJV
Reflection:
God’s promises are fulfilled through Jesus, not pending future acts. At the cross, He secured salvation, redemption, and victory. We respond in faith, saying amen to His yes in Christ. Daily we believe, receive, and live from His finished work. Religion says if we do this, then God will do that. In Christ it is not, if and then, but yes and amen.
Application:
➤ Lay hold of His promises by faith.
➤ Agree with God—say amen to His yes.
➤ Rest in Christ’s finished work today.
Connection:
Thank You, Lord, that every promise finds its Yes in Christ. Align my heart to believe and my life to agree with Your Word. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
