Lay Aside Every Weight
“Let us lay aside every weight… and run with endurance the race that is set before us.” - Hebrews 12:1–2 NKJV
Reflection:
Weights grow heavier the longer we carry them. What once felt light soon hinders progress and steals our joy. What we hold on to often ends up holding us back. Trusting the Lord empowers us to release every burden, for only the weight of His glory is meant to rest upon us.
Application:
➤ Identify a weight you need to release.
➤ Ask God for courage to lay it down.
➤ Run lighter with endurance in Christ.
Connection:
Thank You, Lord, for freedom from every weight. Help me run with endurance, eyes fixed on You, the Author and Finisher of my faith. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
