Pain sometimes drives us to make inner vows, silent promises meant to protect us, but that instead imprison the heart. These words can limit faith, joy, and trust. Yet God’s truth breaks every chain when we surrender those hidden agreements to Him. The Holy Spirit exposes lies, heals wounds, and restores our confidence in His perfect love and freedom.

Ask the Lord to reveal any inner vows, spoken or unspoken
Surrender them to Him and declare His truth over your heart
Trust the Holy Spirit to heal and restore your freedom
