Dr. Joelle's vision is to demonstrate the reality of Christ through His presence and power; to help everyone discover and perfect God's purpose for their lives. She facilitates transformation through various ministries, including Glory to Glory Christian Center, Women on Fire Conferences, and Splash Empowerment meetings.
