Faith in the Transition

Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. - Heb. 11:1

Transition is preparation for position. During this time of training, we may not fully understand what we’re learning or why, because the specific reasons for our preparation haven’t been revealed yet. The position God has for us remains unseen, and this is where faith becomes our anchor.

God often gives us experiences and teaches us the lessons after we’ve walked through them. During periods of transition, He uses lessons to prepare us for future challenges and opportunities. Many times, we only realize we were being tested after the test is over. As God moves in our hearts, we begin to notice that what once felt comfortable no longer does, and restlessness sets in. The things that once fulfilled us seem less significant.

Our faith in the transition grows in new and deeper ways. The Holy Spirit lifts our faith, preparing us to embrace the unfamiliar and step into new places we’ve never been. We soar like eagles, knowing that the best is yet to come as we trust in God’s perfect timing,  from glory to glory!
