Cast Your Cares Upon Him
Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time, casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you. – 1 Peter 5:6-7 nkjv
Casting all our care upon God is an act of humility. It’s an acknowledgment that apart from Him, we can do nothing. Holding onto burdens implies we believe we can handle them on our own.
