Pressing On in Faith

Not that I have already attained, or am already perfected; but I press on, that I may lay hold of that for which Christ Jesus has also laid hold of me. - Philippians 3:12

Reflection
Paul acknowledges that his journey of faith and growth is ongoing, marked by continuous progress rather than perfection. God’s process is about progress, not immediate completion. As we receive and pursue what Christ has accomplished for us, we press on in faith, trusting His work in us, from glory to glory.

Application
Reflect on areas in your life where you may feel stagnant. Remind yourself that growth is a continual process, even when unseen. Celebrate small victories and remember the progress you have already made by His grace. Trust God is working in your life often the most when you see it the least.

Connection
Thank You Lord for Your grace, patience, and ongoing process in my life. Forgive my impatience. I am grateful for all You have done and give You praise for all You have in store for me. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
