Holy Boldness or Arrogance?

"Now when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, and perceived that they were uneducated and untrained men, they marveled. And they realized that they had been with Jesus." – Acts 4:13 NKJV

Reflection
Peter and John’s boldness amazed those around them. This boldness wasn’t rooted in their own skills or qualifications, but resulted from spending time with Jesus. Walking in holy boldness requires humility and sensitivity to the Holy Spirit. It is not arrogance or pride, but confidence in God’s power working through us.

Application
Make time daily to be with Jesus—prayer, worship, and meditating on His Word. The more time you spend in His presence, the more sensitive you will be to the Holy Spirit’s leading, and the greater your boldness will be. True boldness arises from intimacy with God, not self-assurance.

Connection
Lord, thank You for Your constant presence. Help me acknowledge it daily and grow in humility and boldness as I follow Your leading. Forgive me for any prideful ways and empower me to walk out Your will. In Jesus’ name, Amen!
