Abound in Hope by the Power of the Holy Spirit

Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit. - Rom. 15:13
When faced with tragedy, the overwhelming emotions of anger, pain, and grief can consume us. The shock of the event often amplifies these feelings. We find ourselves asking, “How could this happen?” In those moments, leaving the unanswered questions in God’s hands and trusting Him with the unknown enables us to stand firm and not lose hope. When the unbelievable happens, it is our belief that carries us through.
We believe that the enemy comes to kill, steal, and destroy, but Jesus came to give us abundant life. By His grace, we stand strong when tragedy strikes. Even when we don’t understand our circumstances, we can rest in the Lord, knowing that He is omniscient, omnipotent, and omnipresent. With steadfast faith, we hold onto hope and experience a peace that surpasses all understanding.
The Holy Spirit is our comforter, embracing and restoring us. Every day, we are called to love, comfort, and embrace those around us, listening to their pain, fears, and questions with care. Let us share our faith and the strength that comes from the Lord and His mighty power. When words fail to express what is in our hearts, God’s Word still speaks. He hears, He cares, and He provides healing and hope, from glory to glory!
