Always On Call for God's Purpose
Preach the word! Be ready in season and out of season. Convince, rebuke, exhort, with all longsuffering and teaching. - 2nd Tim. 4:2.
When God calls us, we are always on call, ready to respond to His leadings at any moment. Even when we feel unprepared or unable, our availability to God is what matters most. His assignments can come unexpectedly, but as His vessels, we remain open and willing to obey, trusting Him to guide us.
Since we are always on call, it’s essential to maintain healthy boundaries, avoiding situations that would hinder us from responding to God’s instructions. Whether at work, with family, or even in a casual setting like the grocery store, we are ministers of the gospel, standing ready to serve wherever God places us.
Because it is God who has called us, we can trust Him to give us the unction and ability for every function. Whether through a request, an encounter, or a sudden opportunity, He draws out of us what He has already placed within. There is a reason He calls upon us, and something specific He has equipped us for, especially at this moment. Let’s step into His call with confidence and faith, knowing He will guide us, from glory to glory!
