Trust in God's Call

And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose. - Rom. 8:28
Have you ever been summoned by a boss, principal, teacher, or pastor and immediately thought, “This can’t be good. What have I done wrong?” Such thoughts often stem from the lies Satan whispers, trying to make us expect the worst instead of the best. But we are learning to rebuke fear, to trust God, and to expect the best because of His call upon our lives!
God calls us in when we immerse ourselves in worship, when our prayer time becomes so intimate that everything else fades away, and when He has specific instructions for us. The Spirit of God gently tugs at our hearts until we pause long enough to listen to His call. His guiding light never dims. Hallelujah!
Even in situations where others might call us in with bad news, God can turn it around for good. The next time someone calls us in, let’s ask, “Lord, what are You working on in my life?” We can expect the outcome to be glorious. In all situations, we can trust in God's call. It supersedes all others as He leads us, from glory to glory!
